Board Biographies

Vincent DiStefano, President
Vince is a retired owner and operator of several businesses.  He serves on community and charitable boards including as President of the Board of Directors of Rail 66 Country Trail.  He is an active volunteer with the construction and maintenance of the trail and resident of Clarion County.

Greg Borland, Vice President
Greg managed and owned Borland Funeral Home and Borland Memorials for 35 years.  Greg is a graduate of Clarion University and Pittsburgh Institute of mortuary Science.  He is now retired and serving on community and charitable boards including as member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Rail 66 Country Trail. He is an active volunteer with the construction and maintenance of the trail and resident of Clarion County.

Kathy Linnan, MA, Secretary
Kathy retired as an Assistant Professor at Clarion University after 22 years of teaching. Kathy holds a B.S. in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Clarion University and an M.A. in Speech Pathology from Kent State university. She also worked as a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Kathy serves on community and charitable boards including as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of Rail 66 Country Trail. Kathy is a resident of Clarion County.

Sue Patton, CPA, Treasurer
Sue is an Assistant Professor, university of Pittsburgh and Owner of Patton professional Group. She holds a BSBA in Accounting, Clarion University, and MBA, Clarion University, and is a Licensed CPA. Sue serves on community and charitable boards including as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of Rail 66 Country Trail. Sue is a resident of Clarion County.

Trudy Alexander is the current Clarion County Conservation District Manager. She has a B.S. in Biology from Clarion University. Trudy serves on community and charitable boards including as a member of the Board of Directors of Rail 66 Country Trail and is an active volunteer with the construction and maintenance of the trail. Trudy is a resident of Clarion County.

Tim Huebert is President of Huebert Woodworking Inc. for nearly 40 years. He has served on the St. Joseph’s Parish Council and was Vice-President of the St. Joseph School Board. Tim was appointed Knox Township Building Permit Officer for four years and he served for 12 years on the Knox Township Board of Supervisors (with 7 years as Chairman). Tim has served for 4 years and is currently the elected Know Township Auditor. he has also served for 4 years and currently hold the position of the Knox Township Municipal Authority. Tim has served for 6 years on the Board of Directors of Rail 66 Country Trail.

Al Lander is a practicing attorney with Greco, Lander & Shekell, PC in Clarion for more than 42 years. He represents private businesses, religious, charitable and nonprofit organizations. Al serves on community and charitable boards including as a member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chairman of the Fundraising Committee of Rail 66 Country Trail. He serves on the board of Clarion university Foundation and as Trustee of Scenic Rivers YMCA (including Co-Chairman of the Capital Campaign to build a new Clarion County YMCA). He is a member of the Finance Council of the Diocese of Erie. Al is an active volunteer with the construction and maintenance of the trail and a resident of Clarion County.

William Moore is a retired military officer with a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, MBA from Drury University, M.S.

Ken Gilbert is retired from Pennsylvania Department of Transportation where he was an equipment operator, responsible for training other operators on equipment, and was a foreman for 2 years.  He has owned his own lawn mowing service for the past 30+ years and was also a truck driver for several years.  Ken served as President of the Farmington Volunteer Ambulance Service and the Farmington Volunteer Fire Department as well as Treasurer for the ambulance service.  Ken volunteered for 35+ years with both organizations. Ken has held multiple leadership positions in his church.  Ken serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Rail 66 Country Trail and is an active volunteer with the construction and maintenance of the trail.  Ken is a resident of Clarion County.
